Community orgs give away school supplies

Local churches, businesses and community groups are pitching in to make back-to-school prep more affordable for Gadsden County’s hard-working families. School supplies – backpacks, notebooks and much more – will be distributed to Gadsden County students free-of-charge at the following events. All are first-come, first-served, and organizers urge students to arrive early. Giveaways open to Gadsden County students include:

Saturday, Aug. 4
