Havana Council to meet more often

The Havana Town Council, in a 4-1 vote, voted to begin meeting twice a month at its January 30 council meeting.

ouncil member David Norman opposed the motion, while council members Vernell Ross, Decorkus Allen, Cathy Johnson and Phyllis Thomas voted for the motion.
