Reviving souls for changing times: A spiritual revival at The Creek

Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Church, affectionately known as “The Creek,” is excited to announce “Reviving Souls for Changing Times,” a three-night spiritual revival. This transformative event will take place on June 18, 19, and 20 at 7 p.m. nightly, located at 3476 Old Federal Rd, Quincy.

Throughout history, revivals have sparked spiritual transformations, drawing individuals into a deeper relationship with God and igniting a passion for living out their faith. The essence of revivals lies in their ability to stir the hearts of believers, prompting them to seek a renewed commitment to their spiritual journey.

This summer’s revival features three distinguished and influential guest ministers from Gadsden County:

• Pastor J. Dawkins-Anderson of Bostic Temple Christian Center, on Tuesday, June 18

• Elder C. Young of Griffin Chapel P.B. Church, on Wednesday, June 19

• Elder L. McFadden of Shady Grove #1 P.B. Church, on Thursday, June 20, 2024

Pastor Terrence Milton is on a mission to enhance community outreach and enrich the moral compass of Gadsden County worshipers. Revivals have far-reaching impacts on individuals and communities by helping people improve their spiritual well-being, which, in turn, can uplift the entire community. According to Pastor Milton, revivals are vibrant expressions of faith that transcend geographical boundaries and cultural barriers. He hopes to see a full house each night and welcomes everyone to attend.

Pastor Milton draws inspiration from 2 Chronicles 7:14: “ If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
