Information on arrests and bookings are sent to The Herald from Gadsden and Jackson County law enforcement offices.
Being subject to arrest does not mean the individual has been convicted of a crime. All persons are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Gadsden County

  • Daneia Belford – Failure to pay a fine: disorderly conduct and trespassing with warning, VOP: battery on a law enforcement officer, firefighter or EMT, and VOP: two-counts of simple battery.
  • Demetrius Davis – Criminal aggravated battery.
  • Terry Gordon – Felony criminal mischief.
  • Frank Scott, Jr. – Fleeing and eluding.
  • Jose Isidro Camacho – DUI.
  • Lee Monroe, Jr. – Violation of injunction, driving with a suspended or restricted license, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and a warrant for FTA.
  • Zachary Dayanoff – Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and possession of marijuana.

  • William Santivvasci – FTA: driving with a suspended license.
