CareerSource Capital Region invites local residents to connect with more than 20 employers in the medical and healthcare professions looking to fill open positions at a Medical and Health Care Hiring Fair from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12.
The fair will take place at Florida State University’s Turnbull Conference Center, located at 555 West Pensacola Street in Tallahassee.
Kara Palmer Smith, senior director at CareerSource Capital Region, said that this hiring fair is an opportunity for people to apply for a variety of jobs, including traditional health care roles as well as administrative, support and training positions.
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed for an interview and bring several copies of their resume.
They must also register as a job-seeker on www.employflorida.com in order to attend the event.
To prepare for the fair, career-seekers are encouraged to visit a CareerSource Capital Region career center for assistance with their resume.
