Judy Conlin has made a little free library from a tiny refrigerator.
It sits outside The Herald office, 103 W. 7th Ave., Havana, waiting for anyone who needs a book or books to read for the beach, backyard or anywhere you enjoy reading. You can leave a book in its place, return a book,, or if you love the book, keep it for your own library.
Conlin will service the library, keeping it full. The books represent a wide variety of genres, from mystery to children’s books. Magazines are free to take, as well.
Instead of reaching in a fridge for a cold drink, why not reach into the tiny fridge outside The Herald and grab a book? That would be really cool.
