The City of Midway Planning and Zoning Board held a workshop on Monday, July 9 at Midway City Hall for the following purposes:
• To go over its calendar for the upcoming year;
• To clarify its development review process for major site approvals;
• To clarify its construction plan review process;
• To clarify it development review process for subdivision approvals; and
• To go over its permitting process.
Midway City Manager Leslie Steele said it was important to announce these dates and procedures to the public because under the previous city administration the development process was not administered in such an organized fashion. Steele said she wanted area developers to know Midway would be operating differently with regards to development in the upcoming year.
