Eddie Bass has announced that he is running for the Group 6 Seat on the Havana Town Council.
Bass has lived here all but eight years of his life and owns the Subway restaurant right here in downtown Havana.
Thirty-six years ago, Bass and his wife, Karen, with children Edward and Amy, decided to make his childhood hometown his family’s hometown.
Bass said, “I cherish this little town and now wish to serve its people as a town council member. As a councilman, I promise to listen to everyone and serve the community to the best of my ability.”
“I will always vote for what I feel is best for our Town of Havana,” Bass concluded.
