France defeated Croatia 4-2 Sunday in Moscow to win the 2018 World Cup. The two week soccer extravaganza finally came to an end.
To be honest I watched about two minutes of the game because, frankly, I has other things to do. In those two minutes I pulled for Croatia, but nothing really happened.
Next year the Women’s World Cup will be held in of all places, France. I bet myself and other Americans will be more interested in the event due to our women’s team likely being center stage throughout the schedule.
