Gadsden and Jackson County Arrest Report

Information on arrests and bookings are sent to The Herald from Gadsden and Jackson County law enforcement offices.
Being subject to arrest does not mean the individual has been convicted of a crime. All persons are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Gadsden County

  • Jeff Butler – DUI with property damage, reckless driving with damage to person or property, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, and possession of drug equipment.
  • Willie Bostick – Violation of community control, possession of a firearm/ammo by a convicted felon, unlawful display of a firearm/ammo, and resisting arrest without violence.
  • Makala Malcolm – Driving with a suspended license.
  • Zechariah Pace – Domestic battery, resisting arrest without violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and criminal mischief.
  • Sterling Smith – Domestic battery.
  • Daphne McDonald – Aggravated battery.
  • Adrienne Klein – Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Terrica Smith – Moving violation.
  • Theodore Smith – Sexual battery, and lewd/lascivious battery.
  • Tuoyo Gardiner – Child support.
  • Robert Brown – DUI.
  • Brittany Valle-Landaverde – DUI.
  • Curtis Arnold – Burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft, trespassing after warning, criminal mischief, and probation violation.
  • Tre’barrius Hannah – Driving while license revoked.
  • Tremaine Robinson – Failure to pay fine: Battery, simple battery, burglary of a dwelling, and felony battery.
  • Reshard Andrew – Violation of probation (two counts).
  • Cameran Lester – Burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grant theft, trespassing after warning, and criminal mischief.
  • David Smith – Possession of cocaine, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Turon Reed – Grant theft, resisting arrest without violence, and robbery by snatching.
  • John Waugh – Sexual assault, and lewd/lascivious behavior.
  • Sheronda Davis – Possession of a weapon, and making a false report.
  • Jovon Brown – Fleeing/eluding police, resisting an officer, and violation of probation.
  • William Jacobs – DUI.
  • Liporcha Hunter – DUI, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
  • Kenyard Coleman – DUI.
  • David Howard – Driving with a restricted or revoked license.
  • Jorge Hernandez – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jackson County

  • William Edenfield – Possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.

  • Christopher Chancey – Rsist arrest with violence, and felony battery.
  • James Black – Domestic battery, criminal mischief, and petit theft.
  • Angela Grantham – FTA.
  • Devon Sherrod – Violation of state probation.
  • Nickey Warren – FTA: fleeing and attempting to elude.
  • Michael Hamilton – Fugitive from justice (Houston County, Alabama).
  • Shernease Robinson – Driving with license permanently suspended or revoked.
  • Pierre Metcalf – Violation of state probation.
  • Joshua Adkins – Possession of a controlled substance.
  • Jaquarious Jackson – FTA.
