Gadsden County Commissioner Gene Morgan requested that what to do regarding the permanent county administrator position be placed on the agenda of the next Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners meeting for discussion and action.
Dee Jackson has been serving as interim county administrator since October 31, 2017.
However, none of the other county commissioners was interested in having an official discussion on the permanent county administrator position at this time so the status quo was kept with Jackson to continue as the interim county administrator until further notice.
