At its town council meeting last Monday evening, Greensboro officials accepted a check for $50,000 from Jason Vickery of the state’s Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program to help to make modifications to the town’s outdoor stage and other park improvements. The town has recently renewed its efforts to aggressively pursue such grant funding.
