History Flashback: March 24, 1961
Captioned: Talquin Club and the clothing chairmen of each of the nine Home Demonstration Clubs in Gadsden County met on March 24, 1961 and planned the style show to be presented Thursday, April 20 at the First Baptist Church in Quincy. The group decided to have six different classes of styles in this year’s show: street, dressy, sport, casual, children’s and aprons. Ladies planning the show are, left to right: Mrs. Alfred Suber, Mrs. N.F. Whittle, Mrs. Trudie Alday, Mrs. W.L. Ford, Mrs. Rose Coburn, Mrs. Lawton Schofield, Mrs. Marjorie B.
