Huddle House restaurant coming to Quincy

Business partners Murad Manjiyani and Karishma Alibhai will be bringing a Huddle House restaurant to Quincy.

The restaurant is scheduled to open in the middle of the year at 101 Spooner Road, off of Interstate-10.

Based in Atlanta, Huddle House restaurants bring freshly-prepared, home-style food in a friendly environment to communities around the country.

Manjiyani and Alibhai currently own the Holiday Inn in Quincy and the Huddle House will be on the same property as their hotel.

Christina Chambers, senior vice president of franchise development for Huddle House, said Manjiyani and Alibhai are exactly the right entrepreneurs to bring Huddle House to Quincy.

She said these owners’ strong business acumen, as well as their shared values, are a reflection of the values that Huddle House was founded on 52 years ago.

The Quincy location will be Huddle House’s 13th restaurant in Florida. There are currently 346 Huddle House restaurants across the U.S. with an additional 51 in development.
