The driver of a white pickup truck failed to negotiate a bend in Shady Rest Road south of Havana at about 12:30 p.m.on
Thursday, June 21, causing the truck to roll over and send the driver head first through the window. The driver was transported by Gadsden County EMS to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with head and facial cuts, officials on scene said. Her current condition is unknown. Also responding to the scene were the Havana and Concord fire departments, Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol.
