News Brief: New HVAC session to begin at Tallahassee Community College Gadsden Center

The Tallahassee Community College Gadsden Center is offering a new session of its Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology program beginning August 20. Students in the program will acquire the skills needed to complete industry-recognized certifications, such as the OSHA 10 Safety and EPA Gas, and pursue careers as HVAC helpers, mechanics, mechanic assistants and technicians. Classes will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday at Tallahassee Community College’s Gadsden Center, 223 Pat Thomas Parkway in Quincy. Students wishing to enroll should visit forms.tcc.fl.edu/Application/Application/Intention, select the option “Short Term Certificate,” and apply for the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology program.
