Softball:

Marianna – 16

Gadsden County High School – 0

The Bulldogs mercy- ruled Gadsden County in a district softball game last week in Marianna. Over three innings, the Bulldogs crossed home plate 16 times to give them the 5A- District.

Tennis:

Robert F. Munroe – 5

Florida High 1

The Munroe tennis team continued to win key matches despite a major re- building season. With no seniors and starting one junior and the rest fresh- men and 8th graders, the team currently stands at:

The Bobcats took all singles matches by the scores and players listed below.

#1 8-3 Emily Anderson

#2 8-3 Carly White

#3 8-6 Marjorie Boone

#4 8-5 Elizabeth Kever

They also took both doubles matches convincingly with Emily Anderson/Carly White winning at the #1 position 8-2 and #2 team of Mar- jorie Boone/Elizabeth Kever winning by a 6-3 score.
