Girls’ Hoops Season Is Over
The season for the Gadsden County High School girls’basketball team ended last Thursday night following a 67-55 loss in Defuniak Springs to Walton High School in the regional quarterfinals.
That loss, in the opening round of the 5A state series, closed the door on the 2017-18 season of girls’ basketball in Gadsden County.
Gadsden County Softball
The Gadsden County High School girls’ softball team will see its second week of action this weekwhen it hosts FAMU (on Tuesday) and Chipley (on Thursday).
Tennis
The Robert F. Munroe tennis team will travel to Madison County on Thursday.
Track-and-Field
The Gadsden County High School track-and-field team will compete in the 14th annual Jesse Forbes Invitation at Godby High School in Tallahassee on Saturday.
