Arrest Report (Gadsden and Jackson Counties)

Information on arrests and bookings are sent to The Herald from Gadsden and Jackson County law enforcement offices.
Being subject to arrest does not mean the individual has been convicted of a crime. All persons are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Gadsden County

  • Fontavis Perkins – Aggravated battery on a pregnant victim.
  • Rendell Wallen – VOP – out of county warrant.
  • Jameecia Grimes – Domestic battery.
  • Matilda Williams – Out of county warrant.
  • Erick Mills – Sexual battery of a mentally impaired victim (warrant), and possession of a Schedule 1 narcotic.
  • Carlos Lumpkin – DUI with property damage, and DUI with an unlawful blood alcohol limit.
  • Hannah Otterson – Court order by judge, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
  • Michael Reyes – VOP – escape.
  • Kesia Pickron-Rudd – FTA – passing worthless bank checks.
  • Jason Schoeder – Burglary, theft, and resisting arrest without violence.
  • Jakob Farmer – DUI.
  • Belton Johnson – Felony theft, and criminal mischief (out of county warrant – Decatur County).
  • Deandra McGhee – Aggravated battery.
  • Dominic Love – DUI.

Jackson County

  • Christy Faulk – Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and permitting an unlicensed driver to drive.
  • Buckie Barnes – Lewd/lascivious battery on a victim under 12 years of age, lewd/lascivious molestation on a victim under 12 years of age, lewd/lascivious behavior, lewd/lascivious exhibition on a victim under 12 years of age, and sexual battery by a custodial authority.
  • Linda Wescott – Hold for Washington County.
  • Jacob Dockery – Driving with a suspended/restricted license (knowingly).
  • Kayla Williams – VOP.
  • Matilda Williams – Grand theft.
  • Cody Robinson – Battery.
  • Johnny Jones – Violation of community control.
  • George Alderman – Hold for Gadsden County.
  • Kimberly Shelton – VOP.
  • William Parker – Sexual battery, and hold for Holmes County.
  • Kataria McGriff – FTA, and driving with a suspended/restricted license.
  • Donald Pinkard – Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
  • Michelle Mills – Disorderly intoxication in a public place/causing a disturbance.
  • Luetta Deal – Grand theft – auto, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • Cynthia Lacayo – False report to LEO, and misuse of 911.
  • Brittnee Cumbie – Possession of a controlled substance.
  • Dennis Lee – Possession of a controlled substance.
  • Macey Angerbrandt – DUI, and resisting an officer without violence.
